Country Rose Homemade Delaware Bay Crabcakes
(We found this recipe in the Bridgeton News. It makes 4 to 6 crabcakes.)

1 pound crab clawmeat, picked over
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped scallions

Mix all ingredients together and keep in a refrigerated bowl. Scoop out with a large spoon, and shape into a crabcake form. Broil, or Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes, until browned on top. If you pan fry the crabcakes coat them with additional breadcrumbs.

Enjoy!
