We maintain a Sanctions and Trade Compliance Policy to meet our obligations under the following regimes: United States, United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia and any other Sanctions regimes whenever they apply to us.
Our Securities Trading Policy summarises insider trading and related legislation and sets out the restrictions on dealing in securities by people who work for, or who are associated with us.
Our Continuous Disclosure and Market Communications Policy outlines the processes that must be adopted to ensure compliance with our disclosure obligations.
We take concerns about unethical or illegal conduct very seriously. Our Whistleblower Policy supports employees and business partners to raise concerns and offers protection to those who do so in good faith.
Our secure, confidential and independent Speak Up service provides a safe way to raise concerns about actual or potential unethical conduct or inappropriate behaviour that does not align with our Values or Codes and Policies.
Employees, contractors, business partners and members of the public can use the Speak Up service in line with our Whistleblower Policy and Whistleblower Standard. All concerns are handled professionally and confidentially and disclosures can be made anonymously subject to local laws.
