We have adopted a series of Codes and Policies which underpin the Company’s commitment to conducting business ethically, with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations wherever we operate.

    We operate under a Code of Conduct and Integrity Policy that must be adhered to by the entire Fortescue family, contractors, suppliers and any other parties under their supervision.

  • Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

    Bribery and corruption undermines legitimate business activities, distorts competition and exposes us and our people to significant risks. Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy outlines a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.

  • Sanctions and Trade Controls Policy

    We are committed to complying with relevant economic and trade sanction laws in all jurisdictions in which it operates. We maintain a Sanctions and Trade Compliance Policy to meet our obligations under the following regimes: United States, United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia and any other Sanctions regimes whenever they apply to us.

    We take concerns about unethical or illegal conduct very seriously. Our Whistleblower Policy supports employees and business partners to raise concerns and offers protection to those who do so in good faith.

Our secure, confidential and independent Speak Up service provides a safe way to raise concerns about actual or potential unethical conduct or inappropriate behaviour that does not align with our Values or Codes and Policies.
